On 07-28-05 a homicide was committed in San Jose. The suspect and two accomplices killed the victim and fled the scene. MARIO PARTIDA RAMIREZ was identified as one of the attackers and is currently believed to be in Jalisco, Mexico. Per family members, he is considered a narcotics user and has a violent temper. He should be considered armed and dangerous. The suspects were last seen in a tan colored king-cab style Chevrolet truck with California license plates: 7M56652. They may also have access to a black colored pick-up style truck with unknown plates.
