Program Mission...

To assist females and male, ages 12 to 21, to disassociate themselves from gang involvement or lifestyle and guide them towards positive alternatives.

Programs for Women and Men are programs designed for youth in need of gang intervention. The programs service youth who are impacted or involved with gangs. These programs are designed specifically to provide unique services to each gender.

S.T.A.N.D. for Men assists males in the following:

  • Reduce delinquent behavior
  • Prevent further gang involvement
  • Academic Achievement
and offer activities such as camping, river rafting, community outings and recreational activities.

S.T.A.N.D. for Men

Provides young men with an opportunity to discuss a variety of issues related to the environment in which they live. S.T.A.N.D. for Men is a 15 week long curriculum that deals with topics such as:

  • Education
  • Health
  • Life Skills
  • Self-Esteem
  • Substance Abuse
  • Domestic Violence
  • Conflict-Resolution
  • Gang Awareness
  • And more...

The diversion component is the Straight Life program offered by California's Folsom and Vacaville Prison.
