To apply for our spring testing cycle, please complete and submit the following form. This testing will be for a January 2009 Academy. The online Personal History Questionnaire testing will begin in March and the Run/Physical Agility, Written Examination, and Oral Interviews will be in June. Formal notifications will be mailed and emailed (if provided) to all applicants. The form should take you about 10 minutes to complete. Complete the form online now!
