I have a high school diploma or GED from another country, does that satisfy the United States High School Graduation requirement?
Government Code Section 1031(e) requires all applicants to posses a High School Graduation Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent from the United States. High School Diploma's or General Education Development (GED) equivalent obtained from another country other the United States is not allowed. If an applicant has attained a two-year or four-year degree from a college or university accredited by Western Association of Colleges and Universities, then the High School Graduation requirement is waived.
