2007 – 2008 FEE SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007
The San Jose Police Department's NEW fee schedule is as follows:
| Crime or Incident Reports | $0.20 per page* | |
| Traffic Collision Reports | $15.00 | |
| Photos | $4.00 each photo |
*For Crime or Incident reports, please submit a check made out to the "CITY OF SAN JOSE" and "NOT TO EXCEED $15.00.
In addition, you may call (408) 277-4143 for any request regarding photographs to verify the number of negatives. You will be requested to submit a check, "NOT TO EXCEED $.XX." This will expedite your request in the event that more (or less) photographs are developed.
To further expedite your request, you may submit your requests with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
