2009 – 2010 FEE SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009
The San Jose Police Department's fee schedule is as follows:

| Photos | $4.00 each photo |
| Photo CD | $3.00 each |
| Public Records Act - Computer Research | $76.00 per hour |
| Traffic Collision Reports | $15.00 |
| Vehicle Impound Release Fee | $182.00 each (July 2009) |
*For Crime or Incident reports, please submit a check made out to the "CITY OF SAN JOSE" and "NOT TO EXCEED $15.00.
In addition, you may call (408) 277-4143 for any request regarding photographs to verify the number of negatives. You will be requested to submit a check, "NOT TO EXCEED $.XX." This will expedite your request in the event that more (or less) photographs are developed.
All cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks should be drawn from U.S. bank only.
To further expedite your request, you may submit your requests with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
