Reporting Obscene or Harassing Phone Calls
Obscene or harassing phone calls may be reported via the Telephone Report Automation Center (TRAC) by calling 311. Cellular callers must dial (408) 277-8900.

EXCEPTION: If the caller has made specific threat(s), and there is an indication the threat(s) may be carried out, call 911. Officers will be dispatched and respond to cases involving Criminal Threats (California Penal Code Section 422) where the threat involves death or great bodily injury.
