SCC Mental Health Urgent Care (MHUC)
Mental Health Urgent Care (MHUC) is a walk-in outpatient clinic for Santa Clara county residents, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing behavioral health crisis and need help.

Hours: Monday - Sunday, ​8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. including holidays
After Hours: 10:00 p.m.​ - 8:00 a.m. use MHUC entrance to access EPS for psychiatric emergency services.

The Santa Clara County Mental Health Call Center is the centralized entry point for individuals who are seeking behavioral health services in Santa Clara County.

Uplift Family Services – Juveniles
The Uplift Mobile Crisis Team provides 24-hour intervention to children and teens in the community who are in acute psychological crisis. Included is a 5150 assessment along with safety planning and referrals to community-based mental health services.

Alum Rock Counseling Center (ARCC)
Alum Rock Counseling, offered individually or in various combinations focus on: early childhood development and parent coaching, youth mentoring, life skills development, truancy reduction & academic assistance, drug & alcohol services (including prevention education), gang-related services, crisis counseling and mobile response, child abuse and neglect prevention, case management, and resource linkage

Community Mobile Crisis Response Team
Mobile Crisis Response Teams screen and assess crisis situations over the phone and intervene wherever an individual exhibits mental health symptom, may be suicidal or at-risk and need an evaluation for psychiatric hospitalization. They provide an immediate response and deliver crisis intervention services at locations throughout the county.
