The victim was in his vehicle when a male, later identified as Juan Carlos Garcia-Arreola, 30, of San Jose, discharged a firearm at the victim. Investigating officers located and arrested Garcia-Arreola in the area of Winchester Boulevard and Williams Road at 8:40 PM the same evening. Garcia-Arreola was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail in San Jose. The motive remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
