Investigating officers located and arrested Garcia-Arreola in the area of Winchester Boulevard and Williams Road at 8:40 PM the same evening. Garcia-Arreola was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail in San Jose. The motive remains under investigation. No injuries were reported. | ||
