San Jose:
On February 3rd, 2012, the adult victim came to the San Jose Police Department to report an incident that occurred at a business known as "Doc's Diet," located at 22 N. White Rd., #70 in San Jose. The victim reported that while she was at Doc's Diet for an appointment, she was sexually assaulted by the suspect. The suspect is aphysician's assistantat the business. After the victim's allegation was investigated, the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office issued

a warrant for the suspect's arrest.

Since the suspect's arrest,over5victims have been identified as a result of the continuing police investigation. All of the victims contacted detectives after seeing the case in the media. All of the victims to date are adults. The investigation is on-going.
