San Jose:
The San Jose Police Department is currently investigating the City's 1st homicide of 2013. On 1/6/2013, at approximately 7:57 A.M., San Jose Police Officers responded to the 1800 block of Tripoli Avenue on a report of a man laying on the ground near a residence. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male that had been shot at least once. The male has since been identified as 34 year old San Jose Resident Ivan Segura.
There are currently no suspects in custody and the motive behind the shooting is not known at this time. The San Jose Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating the incident.
