San Jose:
On Monday, March 2, 2009, at 6:11 AM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to a person down at Mckee Rd at Hwy 680. Officers arrived on scene and located the victim.
Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was walking westbound on Mckee Rd., on the sidewalk. The victim was in front of the driveway when a black 4 door, mid to full size vehicle coming from a driveway, collided into the victim. The impact caused the victim to be thrown into the westbound lanes of Mckee Rd., at which time another vehicle collided with the victim.
The investigation is on-going.
