San Jose:
On Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at 8:39 PM, San Jose Police Officers responded to several reports of gun shots in the area of Cottontail Avenue between Cinderella and Bambi lanes.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying in the 700 Block of Cottontail Avenue with gun shot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses indicated hearing tires screeching at the time of the gun shots and seeing a dark SUV or black pick-up type vehicle. The identity of the suspect(s) remains unknown.
