Attempted kidnapping

SUSPECT:  Unknown Hispanic Male, 30-35
years of age
SUSPECT VEHICLE: White, 4-door sedan
 
or compact.
 
 
San Jose:
On Friday, 5/1/09, approximately 2:00 p.m., an attempted kidnapping occurred at Piedmont Road and Ruskin Drive, near Piedmont High School.  An adult male passenger in a vehicle with another occupant, stopped next to a 14-year-old female and grabbed her arm in an apparent attempt to pull her into the car.  The attempt was unsuccessful and the victim fled to safety.  The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 30 to 35 years old, with brown hair and a mustache.  The vehicle is described as a white, four-door sedan or compact.
