San Jose:
On Saturday, May 23, 2009, at 5:54 PM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to a person down at the 3000 Block of Mckee Rd. Officers arrived on scene along with San Jose Fire paramedics and located the victim. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Preliminary investigation indicated that the victim was assaulted by an unknown suspect in the parking lot. At the time of the incident there were several potential witnesses in the area.
We are asking for the public's help and if anyone has any additional information.
UPDATE: 05-28-09
Investigators released a sketch of the suspect describing him as a HMA, 20-30yrs, 5'10", 225-250 lbs with short hair.
