Homicide #14-Guadalupe Creek near W. Julian Street

On 7/4/09, approximately 7:41 p.m., the San Jose Police Department responded to a reported homicide in a homeless encampment of the Guadalupe Creek, north of Julian Street.  The victim was found deceased by a friend who had gone to check on him. 
 
Investigation revealed the victim had been fatally stabbed sometime between Friday, 7/3/09, and Saturday, 7/4/09, by an unknown suspect(s), who remains at large.  The motive is unknown and the weapon was not recovered.
