San Jose:
On Saturday, September 26, 2009, at 9:40 PM, San Jose Police officers responded to the 100 block of S. King Road in response to a stabbing incident.
 
Upon arrival, officers located four victims with stab wounds.  Preliminary investigation revealed two group were involved in a verbal argument that later turned physical.  During the fight, four victims were stabbed suffering injuries that appeared to be non-life threatening.  The following day, however, one of the victims took a turn for the worse and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.  This incident appeared to be gang related.
 
This marks San Jose's twenty-first homicide of the year.
