San Jose:
On Friday, October 23, 2009, at 3:38 AM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle major injury traffic collision at Brokaw Rd at Junction Ave.
Preliminary investigation indicates, the driver of the 2005, grey, Honda civic was traveling eastbound Brokaw Rd when he lost control of the vehicle and collided into a light pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unknown whether alcohol and/or drugs were a factor; the case remains under investigation.
