San Jose:
On Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 10:36 PM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle roll over major injury traffic collision at Santa Teresa Blvd at Allen Ave.
Preliminary investigation indicates the driver of a 1994, white, Honda, Civic was traveling eastbound Santa Teresa Blvd at a high rate of speed. The driver lost control and struck a fence and tree. The driver and right front passenger suffered moderate injuries and were transported to a local hospital. The rear passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
