San Jose:
On Sunday, November 1, 2009, at 7:49 PM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle collision at Hillsdale Ave. at Cheshire Dr.
Preliminary investigation indicates the driver was traveling in a stolen 1991, silver, Toyota, Camry, westbound Hillsdale Ave. at Cheshire Dr. For reasons that are yet to be determined, the driver lost control of his vehicle, went off the roadway, and struck a pole and tree. The driver was transported to a local hospital and died a short time later.
