San Jose:
On Saturday, October 31, 2009, at approximately 10:07 PM, San Jose Police officers responded to a person shot in the 2000 block of Story Road.
 
Upon arrival, officers located a 12-year old gunshot victim and a 13-year old stabbing victim.  Both victims were transported to local hospitals.  The 12-year old sustained life threatening injuries and is currently listed in critical condition.  The 13-year old sustained non-life threatening injuries and remains in the hospital.
 
Tireless investigative work by homicide detectives lead to the arrest of four suspects in this case.  The three juvenile suspects were arrested days after the incident.  Suspect Eduardo Cristobal was arrested on November 4, 2009.
