SUSPECT: Unknown
 
 
 
San Jose:
On Saturday, January 23, 2010, at approximately 10:57 PM, San Jose Police officers responded to the 2700 block of Chopin Avenue at Puccini Avenue.  They responded to a call of shots fired. 
 
Upon arrival officers found Albert Cobarrubias, a 31-year-old male, with a gun shot wound.  He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. 
 
This marks San Jose's first homicide of the year.
