SJPD Arrest Suspect Involved in a Series of Bank Robberies

San Jose, Ca:  The San Jose Police Department’s Robbery Unit has identified and arrested a suspect in connection with three bank robberies in San Jose.  The first robbery occurred on January 4, 2018, at approximately 1:05 PM at Bank of the West at 6213 Santa Teresa Blvd. The second robbery occurred the next day on January 5, 2018, at 4:05 PM at Bank of the West at 908 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose.  The third robbery occurred on February 7, 2018, at Chase Bank at 555 West Capitol Expressway.  The suspect entered each of the banks and handed the teller a note demanding money.  The suspect fled the banks with an undisclosed amount of cash.    

After extensive follow up by Robbery detectives, Oscar Radillo was identified as the suspect responsible for the robberies.  Detectives obtained a warrant for Radillo's arrest and on February 13, 2018, the Milpitas Police Department located the suspect at The Great Mall in Milpitas.  Suspect Radillo was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for three counts of Robbery - 211 PC.
