SJPD Needs Help Identifying An Armed Robbery Suspect

San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating the robbery suspect shown in the photos and linked video.

On December 16, 2017, at about 10:31 AM, an armed robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank, 1705 N. First St. in San Jose. The suspect entered the bank with the bottom portion of his face covered and armed with a handgun. He demanded money from the teller and fled the scene on foot.

Suspect Description: Black male, 25-40 years-old, 5’ 10” – 6’ tall, medium build, wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt with a torn left elbow, and a Warriors baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Katie Reyes of the San Jose Police Department's Robbery Unit at 408-277-4166.
