SJPD Arrests Suspects for 1-21-2018 Homicide in the 5800 block of Charlotte Drive

UPDATE: 03-21-2018 

San Jose, CA — On Sunday, January 21, 2018, at approximately 8:48 PM, San Jose police officers responded to multiple calls of “shots fired” in the 5800 block of Charlotte Drive in San Jose.  Arriving officers located an adult male with at least one gunshot wound.  The male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.  

Follow-up investigation by Homicide detectives lead to the identification of two suspects involved in the murder of victim, Jose Cortez.  On February 27, 2018, San Jose Police Department's Covert Response Unit arrested Lam Thanh Mac for Murder - 187PC, and Nicole Marie Delagrange for Accessory After The Fact - 32PC.  The suspects were arrested in San Jose and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on the noted charges.
