SJPD Arrests an Elementary School Teacher for Lewd Act with a Minor

San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Child Exploitation Detail task force arrested suspect Eduard Frerking for 288(a) PC - Lewd Act with a Minor (felony).

On Wednesday, May 23, 2018, the San Jose Police Department received information about the suspect's involvement in the above listed crime. The investigation revealed that in early May, 2018, the nine year-old female victim arrived early for school.  The suspect requested the victim's assistance to prepare the classroom for the day. The suspect inappropriately touched the victim while she assisted him in the classroom.  The suspect is a kindergarten teacher at Dahl Elementary School.  ICAC detectives responded to the school, took the suspect into custody, and booked him into Santa Clara County Jail for the listed charges.
