SJPD Arrests Suspect for 9-13-18 Homicide in the 1000 block of Terra Noble Way

San Jose, Calif. - On Thursday, September 13, 2018, at about 5:17 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a welfare check in the 1000 block of Terra Noble Way on an adult female with visible injuries and non-responsive.  Arriving officers pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.  Homicide detectives and the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office responded to the scene and conducted an investigation.  The victim was later identified as Karen Navarra.

Follow up investigation by Homicide detectives identified suspect Anthony Aiello as the person responsible for the murder of victim Karen Navarra. Suspect Aiello is the stepfather to victim Navarra.  On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, the suspect was arrested in San Jose by the San Jose Police Department's Covert Response Unit.  Suspect Aiello was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for Murder.
