San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects shown in the photos and linked video.

On Friday, December 14, 2018, at approximately 9:52 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a report of a shooting at El Rancho Liquors, located at 1401 Almaden Road in San Jose.  Arriving officers discovered an adult male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.  The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The motive or circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.

Suspect 1 is described as possibly a Hispanic male adult in his 20s with a medium build.  He had curly medium length hair with a mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black t-shirt, and light blue jeans.

Suspect 2 is described as possibly an African American male adult in his 20s with a slender build.  He was last seen wearing a knit cap, black hoodie, and white gym pants.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Bert Milliken or Detective John Figone of the San Jose Police Department’s Homicide Unit at 408-277-5283.
