SJPD Arrests Suspect for 1-19-19 Homicide in the 2400 block of Clyda Dr. in San Jose

ADDRESS: San Jose Resident

 

San Jose, Calif. - On Saturday, January 19, 2019, at about 5:34 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a person shot at a residence in the 2400 block of Clyda Drive in San Jose.  Arriving officers located an adult female victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.  The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Follow up investigation by homicide detectives identified the 17 year-old suspect as the person responsible for the murder. On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, the suspect was arrested in San Jose and booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for murder.
