SJPD Arrests Suspect for 2-28-19 Homicide in the 900 block of Knollfield Way

San Jose, Calif. - On Thursday, February 28, 2019, at about 1:48 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a report of a dead body in the 900 block of Knollfield Way in San Jose. Arriving officers located victim Bambi Larson deceased, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Follow up investigation by homicide detectives identified Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza as the person responsible for the murder of Bambi Larson. On Monday, March 11, 2019, the suspect was arrested in San Jose and subsequently booked into Santa Clara County Jail for murder.

Chief Eddie Garcia will provide a statement to the media today, March 12, 2019, at 2:30 PM, at the San Jose Police Department, 201 W. Mission St. in San Jose (Room 314).
