SJPD Arrests 3 Suspects for 4-5-19 Homicide in the 4000 block of Park Paxton Place

San Jose, Calif. - On Friday, April 5, 2019, at about 6:39 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a felony hit and run traffic collision in the 4000 block of Park Paxton Place in San Jose. The investigation revealed that the occupants of the vehicle met up with the victim. The vehicle quickly took off and the victim grabbed onto the vehicle. A short distance later, the victim fell to the ground and sustained major injuries. The suspect vehicle fled the scene without the occupants calling for help or providing identification. The victim was taken to a local hospital. However, on Saturday, April 6, 2019, the victim was pronounced deceased.

Follow up investigation led to the identity of the suspects. Detectives learned one of the occupants pried the victim's hands off the vehicle. On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, suspect #1 and #3 were taken into custody and booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for murder. On Thursday, April 18, 2019, Suspect #2 was taken into custody and booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for murder.
