National Night Out

Tuesday, August 6th, 2019

Join San Jose Police Department representatives on the evening of Tuesday, August 6th, 2019 at events throughout the city celebrating the 36th annual National Night Out. This year, 183 neighborhoods registered locally with SJPD to host a fun-filled evening to strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.

We would like to express our appreciation to the many event hosts that worked hard to coordinate a National Night Out event this year. With the help of various SJPD units, we look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your neighbors at your ice cream socials, potlucks, block parties, movie nights and senior dance parties!

We welcome you to attend an event in your community to enjoy a fun and safe evening getting to know your neighbors and local public safety representatives.

For any further questions about National Night Out contact the Crime Prevention Unit at (408) 277-4133 and speak with any of our National Night Out Planning Team staff members.

Don’t forget to use our official SJPD hashtag, #SJPDNNO for your National Night Out event! We look forward to meeting you and your neighbors on Tuesday, August 6th, 2019!
