SJPD Arrests Suspect for 5-8-2020 Homicide: 4200 block of Santa Susana Way

San Jose, Calif. - On Friday, May 8, 2020, at about 4:18 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a person shot in a residence in the 4200 block of Santa Susana Way in San Jose. Arriving officers located victim Tu Anh Vo suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Homicide detectives conducted extensive follow-up investigation and identified suspect Thuy Thai Pham. Detectives obtained a murder arrest warrant for Pham. Pham was taken into custody last night (May 14, 2020) in San Jose, by the San Jose Police Department's Covert Response Unit, and was booked early this morning into Santa Clara County Jail for murder.

This is the City's 11th homicide of 2020.
