The San Jose Police Department is actively investigating several alleged sexual assaults in the City of San Jose. The suspect,  Marcos Lopez-Cabera, a resident of San Jose, California, is a known night club promoter/manager in the Bay Area. Detectives assigned to the case conducted extensive follow-up that led to the identification and arrest of Mr. Lopez-Cabera on July 11th, 2020. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for multiple counts of sexual assault. 

Anyone with information about these cases, or other cases involving this suspect, is asked to contact Detective Stenger or Detective Hall of the San Jose Police Department’s Sexual Assaults Investigation Unit at 408-277-4102. 

Persons wishing to remain anonymous may call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line (408) 947-STOP(7867). Persons providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect may be eligible for a cash reward from the Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers.
