During COVID-19 the San Jose Police Department is functional and remains committed to providing emergency and essential services to the community. In an effort to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus, visitors to the Police Department’s Main Lobby are required to wear face coverings/masks.

Many of the services provided by the main lobby can be accessed online or by telephone.

Get a copy of an Incident / Crime Report.

The Department is still processing paperwork for registrations, pre-booking, and warrants, and is scheduling appointments for all fingerprinting.

REGISTRATIONS (290, Arson etc.) can be done via telephone and in-person.
