On January 21, 2025, at approximately 2:45 AM, San José Police Department Patrol Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that occurred in front of a residence in the city of San José. Three adult male suspects followed an adult female victim home from her place of employment. While the victim was sitting in her driveway, two of the suspects approached her and broke her vehicle windows. One suspect brandished a firearm and demanded her purse. The victim handed over a bag that was in her possession, and the suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

San José Police Department Robbery Unit Detectives began an investigation and identified three primary suspects: Keon Dollar, Deshon Scott and Kcadar Lee.

Detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspects and search warrants for their associated residences. On February 19, 2025, Suspects Dollar, Scott, and Lee were arrested in the city of Oakland. All three suspects were subsequently booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for armed robbery.
