Between February 28th through March 9th, of 2025, five (5) separate registered sex offenders were found to be in violation of their sex registration duties. Investigators from the Megan’s Law Detail obtained warrants for their arrests. Officers working in patrol assisted investigators in locating and apprehending the suspects. The suspects were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.
Three of the five suspects are registered sex offenders that fit specific criteria known as a “no post.” These registered sex offenders are not subject to public disclosure and the public cannot see them on the Megan’s Law public website.
