With Super Bowl LX approaching, the San José Police Department would like the public to be aware of street closures that will be in place throughout the city of San José. These street closures will be located in downtown San José, spanning multiple days prior to Super Bowl, as well as following the event.
The Super Bowl LX street closures are as follows:
- January 31, 2026 to February 2, 2026: Eastbound San Carlos Street from S. Almaden Boulevard to S. Market Street, and southbound S. Market Street from San Carlos Street to Viola Avenue.
- February 2, 2026 to February 9, 2026: Eastbound and westbound San Carlos Street from S. Almaden Boulevard to S. Market Street, southbound S. Market Street from San Carlos Street to Viola Avenue, and all of Viola Avenue.
- February 4, 2026 to February 5, 2026: Northbound and southbound Barack Obama Boulevard from Santa Street to San Fernando Street.
- February 1, 2026 to February 7, 2026: Eastbound and westbound E. Humboldt Street from S. 7th Street to S. 10th Street.
- February 4, 2026 to February 8, 2026: Eastbound and westbound E. Santa Clara Street from 4th Street to 8th Street.
