On May 28, 2026, at approximately 10:57 PM, San José Police Department Patrol Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that occurred at a business located in the 2600 block of Monterey Road. Three suspects entered the business concealed in masks, gloves, and hooded clothing. One suspect brandished a firearm at the victim employee while the two other suspects stole cash and miscellaneous merchandise. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

SJPD Robbery Unit Detectives began a thorough investigation and identified Myles Dickson, Elias Juarez, and a juvenile male as the primary suspects. Detectives obtained arrest warrants for all suspects and search warrants for their associated residences.

On July 30, 2026, with the assistance of the SJPD Covert Response Unit (CRU), Detectives located and arrested Suspect Dickson in the city of San José. During the service of the search warrant at Suspect Dickson's residence, Detectives located a firearm and evidence of the crime, including the stolen merchandise.

On August 5, 2026, SJPD CRU Officers located and arrested Suspect Juarez in the city of Tracy, and the juvenile suspect in the city of San José. During the service of the search warrants, Detectives located additional evidence of the crime, including more stolen merchandise.

Suspects Dickson and Juarez were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for robbery. The juvenile suspect was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for robbery.
