UPDATE: Suspect Identified & Arrested for 2014 Homicide

SUSPECT: Geno Leslie Pastore AGE: 20

Suspect Geno Pastore was identified as a suspect in this case. On January 28, 2016, at approximately 2:10 p.m., suspect Pastore was arrested in San Jose and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for murder. 



San Jose:
The San Jose Police Department is investigating the City's 2nd homicide of 2014. On Saturday, January 11, 2014, at approximately 1:40 A.M., the San Jose Police Department's "911" Call Center received information about a person down on the sidewalk, not moving, in the 400 block of Willow Glen Way in San Jose. When officers arrived they located an adult male victim, later identified as Anthony Thompson, suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim Thompson was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.
 
The circumstances surrounding the murder are under investigation. The San Jose Police Department's Homicide Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation. The unidentified suspect(s) have not been located and remain at large.
