SJPD Asking For the Public's Assistance Locating Robbery Suspects

 San Jose:   The San Jose PD is asking for the public's assistance identifying and locating two Robbery suspects.

On September 12, 2015 at approximately 7:00 P.M., a strong armed robbery occurred at J.C. Penney's located at the Eastridge Mall  (2230 Eastridge Loop in San Jose).  The female suspect entered the Sephora section of J.C. Penny's and placed several cosmetic items in her purse and the exited the store. 

J.C. Penney's Loss Prevention  confronted the female outside the store and escorted her back inside.  While being escorted inside the store, the female broke away from Loss Prevention and alerted her associates who were still inside the store.  Loss Prevention attempted to take her into custody.  The female began to resist being taken into custody and during this time a male approached Loss Prevention and shouted “let go of my sister.”  The male then attacked Loss Prevention striking him with hands and feet.  The male and female fled the store with the merchandise. 

The female is described as heavy set weighing about 190 pounds approximately 5-03 to 5-06 in height approximately 19-22- years of age.  Wearing a white top and blue jeans with a brown satchel type purse. 

The male is described as 5-08 about 150 pounds brown hair brown eyes about 22-29 years of age.
