San Jose: On Friday, March 11, 2016, at 10:57 PM, San Jose Police officers responded the Bon Mua Cafe located at 1937 Tully Rd. on a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located two adult male victims, each suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victims were transported to a local hospital. One of the victims died a short time later. The second victim is in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed the unknown male suspect entered the Cafe and fired a handgun multiple times at the victims. The suspect fled and has not been identified.

Suspect Description: Unknown race male, 5-10, 165 lbs., wearing a hat, unknown colored sweatshirt and pants.
