SJPD has arrested a teacher for Child Enticement

Suspect: Douglas Le
 
 
 
San Jose, Calif. -The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC)/Child Exploit Detail (CED) task force arrested 25 year old San Jose resident Douglas Le for 2 counts of child enticement (Felony).
 
The suspect, who is a teacher at Gilroy High School, was utilizing the internet to send harmful matter to minors.  The suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect Le was receiving illicit images from minors who were under the belief they were involved in an on line relationship with a female persona (suspect). 

Detectives conducted follow up investigation and located evidence that Suspect Le was enticing the minors to send harmful matter via the internet . Detectives interviewed the involved parties and determined that the above listed crimes were alleged to have been committed by suspect Le. 

On April 26, 2016 the suspect was located and arrested at Gilroy High School.
