San Jose: On Friday, May 13, 2016, at 12:00 AM, San Jose Police officers responded to the 1600 block of Story Rd. in San Jose on a report of a person stabbed. Upon arrival, officers located the adult male victim inside a restaurant with at least one stab wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was stabbed in the parking lot and went inside the restaurant where witnesses called 911. The suspect fled on foot and has not been identified. The motive has not been determined.

Suspect Description: Adult male wearing dark clothing.
