SJPD arrest suspect involved in double fatal hit and run on Camden Avenue

San Jose: On Saturday, February 20, 2016 at approximately 9:31 P.M., officers responded to the area of   Camden Avenue and Hicks road on a report of two vehicles involved in a collision.  Upon arrival, officers located two vehicles in the roadway with major damage.  An adult female (Morse) was pronounced deceased at the scene and a second person (Durbin) was transported to a local area hospital where he passed away.

The San Jose Police Department Traffic Investigation Unit conducted extensive follow up investigation and identified suspect Allen as the person responsible for the death of the two victims.  The case was submitted to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office who filed double homicide charges on the suspect due to the circumstances of the collision. 

On August 3, 2016 at approximately 6:00 P.M., suspect Allen was arrested by the San Jose Police Department and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.
