Homicide Investigation 8-25-16: Herald Ave. & Bonita Ave.

San Jose: On Thursday, August 25, 2016, at 8:28 PM, San Jose Police officers responded to the area of Herald Ave. and Bonita Ave. on a report of a possible dead body. Arriving officers located an adult male suffering from visible injuries. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Follow up by San Jose PD Homicide detectives and an autopsy by the Coroner determined the victim died as the result of blunt force trauma. No suspects have been identified at this time.

This is the City's 34th homicide of 2016.
