Suspect: David Scott Graham
San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Child Exploitation Detail (CED) task force arrested David Graham for Sexual Assault of a Minor Under 14 (felony) - Penal Code 288(a) and Oral Copulation (felony) - Penal Code 288a.

The investigation revealed that on July 23, 2016, the female victim spoke with a friend about the assault.
