UPDATE: Two Suspects Arrested for 10-10-16 Homicide on 700 block of Ridder Park Drive

An autopsy conducted by the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office revealed the victim suffered at least one stab wound. Follow-up investigation by San Jose PD Homicide detectives lead to the identification of suspects Randolph Sandoval and Roman Alvarado. On Wednesday, November 2, 2016, both suspects were arrested in San Jose and subsequently booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for Murder.

San Jose: On Monday, October 10, 2016 at approximately 10:37 PM, officers responded to the 700 block of Ridder Park Drive on a report of a possible dead body.  Upon arrival officers located an adult male, later identified as Jeffrey Cooper, unconscious with visible injuries and not breathing.  The victim Cooper was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The unidentified suspect(s) were not locate and remain at large.

The motive/circumstances surrounding the death are under investigation.
