Help SJPD ID A Suspect Wanted for Attempted Murder of 2 SJPD Officers

San Jose: On Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 7:36 PM, two San Jose Police Officers were on foot patrol in the area of Luby Dr. and Ripley Dr. when they attempted to contact a group of male subjects. The group ran off and one male subject turned and fired several rounds at the officers. The officers were not hit or injured and they did not return fire. The suspect has not been identified and we need the public's help.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Hispanic male, in his 20s, 6' tall, 160-180 lbs., clean shaven, long black hair, wearing a black and grey Pendleton with a white T-shirt underneath, dark pants.
