SJPD Arrests Teacher for Sending Harmful Matter and Sexual Assault of a Minor

San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Child Exploitation Detail (CED) task force arrested suspect Trudy Hill for Sending Harmful Matter to a Minor (felony) - Penal Code 288.2(a)(2), and Oral Copulation (felony) - Penal Code 288a(b)(2).

The investigation revealed that between August 2016 and November 2016, Hill had a sexual relationship with a 17 year-old male student. Hill is a teacher at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose. Hill used her position of authority to exploit the victim into a sexual relationship. No other victims have been identified at this time.

On 12-8-16, Hill surrendered to detectives at San Jose PD where she posted bail and was released.
