*UPDATE* Three Suspects Arrested for 12-25-15 Homicide

**UPDATE: 1-5-16**

On 12-30-15, suspects Jonathan Gonzalez and Luciano Esquivel were arrested in San Jose and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for robbery and murder. On 12-31-15, suspect Brian Gutierrez was charged with murder. Gutierrez was already in custody on other charges at the Santa Clara County Jail. 

San Jose: On Friday, December 25, 2015, at 5:36 a.m., San Jose Police Officers responded to the 200 block of N. 26th St. in San Jose on a report of a person stabbed. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he died a short time later. The suspect(s) have not been identified or apprehended.
